3/ thì không có Command Prompt (Adim) . 4/ thì restart lại tình trạng không khắc phục . 5/ không biết lổi ở chổ nào . Đưa về chế độ an toàn thì cứng đo luôn

Được , có cách nào vô thẳng phần setting để cài lại win không ? Clich chuột phải vô Start thì có setting nhưng cick vô thì không phản ứng . Thanks .
